UCLA receives $1500 "Gold" grant for HBV screenings

UCLA APAMSA is one of three chapters to be awarded a $1500 "Gold" Hepatitis B Grant from National APAMSA to fund HBV screening initiatives.

Recipient schools include:
Screening Gold: UCLA, UCSF, Harvard
Screening Silver: Ohio State, Stanford
Screening Bronze: Yale
Education: University of Arizona, University of Illinois at Chicago, Keck School of Medicine, University of Michigan, Penn State, Vanderbilt

A week of lunchtime lectures discussing HBV and presenting new research is currently slated for Tu 2/16- F 2/19 in 63-105 CHS, from 12-1p. Check back for more updates! Lunch will be provided.
